A New Twist on a Time-Honored Tradition
While the idea of an axe bar is relatively new, the activity itself is centuries old. We’ve taken this lumberjack competition indoors, added various gameplay options, and topped it off with a vibrant atmosphere. Of course, you’re still welcome to wear your plaid shirt and suspenders if you want to look the part!
You can purchase light snacks, beer, wine, soda, and water to keep you fed and hydrated while throwing axes at our Cape Cora bar. You’re also more than welcome to either bring food with you or have some munchies delivered while you’re here.

When you’re looking for a unique way to hang out with friends, head on over to TJ’s Hatchet Hangout in Cape Coral. Our axe bar offers a memorable, cool way to blow off steam and have a great time. We also host numerous events and a weekly happy hour at Cape Coral bar!
If you’ve never been to an indoor axe throwing facility before, think of it as darts – but infinitely cooler! Our trained axe-perts are here to help you master the basics, from rules to proper form, so you’ll find yourself letting go and having a blast in no time at all!

If you’re craving serious competition or are just interested in meeting some new friends, aim to join our league night every Sunday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. No matter your skill level, our axe-throwing community is sure to welcome you for a fun-filled evening.
Family Fun!
While we usually require participants to be 18 or older, we do offer a Family Fun Day between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. every Sunday where kids 10 and older can play as long as a paying adult accompanies them. Please note that all minors must complete a waiver in order to play.
Ladies’ Night Every Thursday!

Girls’ Night Out is well-worth celebrating, so we cut the hourly rates on our standard bullseye lanes by more than half for the ladies. Gentlemen are still welcome, of course, but they’ll pay the usual cost.
